We provide assistance to adults and children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances. Our activities are carried out within the scope of the fund’s activities and projects implemented jointly with international organizations. In each region, various services are provided, which may include providing psychological assistance, social support, access to school and preschool education, as well as holding group events for women, men, families and children, providing humanitarian aid, strengthening the work of public services and public organizations. We also provide confidential professional assistance to victims of gender-based and conflict-related violence. The foundation’s team consists of engaged specialists to ensure the organization’s activities and provide assistance to people. We publish competitions for vacancies in projects on this website, in social networks, as well as on specialized platforms for searching for candidates. You can find open vacancies by following this link. Specialists who join the “Posmishka YA” fund undergo an interview and have the appropriate education and skills. The entire foundation team participates in basic training on humanitarian standards, combating sexual exploitation and exposure, on the “Do No Harm!” approach, as well as specialized training on structured and unstructured programs for working with adults and children. The Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that implements its activities at the expense of charitable contributions from individuals and legal entities at the organization’s expense. On our website, we report on the funds raised and implemented programs and talk about how together we change the lives of people who were forced to ask for help for the better. You and I not only solve current problems with food, home or clothes. We help people change their lives – find a job, study, earn their own money. We want people who are in a difficult situation to be able to feel the strength within themselves to rebuild and improve their own lives. According to the results of the survey, 96% of people who received help from the fund noted that their condition and life circumstances have changed for the better.
