“Posmishka UA” Space and Mobile Psychosocial Support Visits for Children and Adults

The project aims to provide comprehensive support to children and adults in two regions: Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk. Key activities include psychosocial support through group sessions and creative events, as well as legal consultations and case management. The main goal is to help vulnerable populations affected by armed conflict or gender-based violence improve their emotional, social, and psychological well-being.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, two psychosocial support spaces by “Posmishka UA” operate in the Pavlivska and Matviivska communities, while in the Donetsk region, one is located in Dobropillia. Additionally, mobile visits will be organized in all communities with support spaces, as well as in the Mykhailivska community of the Zaporizhzhia region, to provide assistance to local residents.

Key Areas of the Project:

Psychosocial Support
We provide emotional and psychological support through individual consultations, group sessions, and creative activities. We also organize events to build resilience. Our work focuses on both children and adults at “Posmishka” spaces and through mobile visits.

Legal Consultations
We offer legal consultations, handle requests for legal support, and prepare legal appeals and complaints to defend the rights of vulnerable groups.

Case Management
We provide comprehensive assistance to individuals in challenging life situations, including those affected by conflict or violence. Our team assesses needs, organizes, and coordinates services to restore rights, rebuild social connections, and promote well-being, helping people navigate difficult situations.

Information Sessions
We organize events aimed at strengthening communities’ ability to address modern challenges. The main focus is on preventing gender-based violence and supporting the psychosocial well-being of the community.

The project, “Providing Specialized Mobile Protection Services for Vulnerable and Conflict-Affected Communities in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk Regions,” is implemented by the charity foundation “Posmishka UA” in partnership with the humanitarian organization INTERSOS and with support from the European Union.
