Project “PRO: Support. Development. Education”

Project “PRO: Support. Development. Education” (Multisectoral Support for People Affected by Armed Conflict in Southern and Eastern Regions of Ukraine) is being implemented in the Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The project focuses on supporting the most vulnerable populations, including those living in areas near active combat zones or internally displaced persons (IDPs).

Key activities of the project include:

• Establishing digital educational centers that provide children with access to online education and lessons with teachers in a safe environment.
• Providing psychosocial support through friendly spaces, as well as deploying mobile psychosocial support teams.
• Distributing hygiene kits to ensure people have access to essential personal hygiene products and household supplies.

Five partner organizations are involved in the project’s implementation. The team at the Charitable Foundation “Posmishka UA” provides training and support to these partners, helping them carry out activities. One of the project’s goals is to enhance the capacity of these organizations, allowing them to improve their efforts in other projects through gained experience and feedback.

• Mobile psychosocial support teams are active in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

Charitable Foundation “Public Initiative – WHO IF NOT US!”

• In Kharkiv region, 6 Digital Educational Centers are in operation.

NGO “Fishing Club of Ukraine – UA Fishing Club”

• In Donetsk region, the project includes the creation of 3 Friendly Spaces, the deployment of mobile psychosocial support teams, the establishment of 2 Digital Educational Centers, and the distribution of hygiene kits.

• 6 Digital Educational Centers have been established in the Zaporizhzhia region.

NGO “Unity Platform”

• In Kharkiv region, 3 Friendly Spaces have been created along with mobile psychosocial support teams.

NGO “For Development” in Zaporizhzhia region

• Creation of 3 Friendly Spaces.

Our activities are carried out as part of the “Multisectoral Support for People Affected by Armed Conflict in Southern and Eastern Regions of Ukraine” project, implemented by the Charitable Foundation “Posmishka UA” in partnership with organizations including the Charitable Foundation “Public Initiative – WHO IF NOT US!”, NGO “Fishing Club of Ukraine – UA Fishing Club”, NGO “YES”, NGO “Unity Platform”, and NGO “For Development”, with support from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund.
